What types of silk fabrics are there?
Silk fabrics are divided into many categories according to the fabric structure, combination of warp and weft, processing technology and the shape of the silk surface. Among them, except for yarn, Luo, and cashmere, regardless of the flower department or the ground organization. Other major categories are based on regional organizations. Each type of silk surface can have the performance of plain (training, bleaching, dyeing) or flower (weaving, printing).
Spinning: Application of plain weave, raw weaving or semi-dyed weaving process. Warp and weft are generally not twisted or weakly twisted, and the silk surface is relatively flat. The special nature of spinning is light, thin and firm.
Crepe: Application of plain weave or other organization. Warp or weft strengthen twist, or both warp and weft strengthen twist. The fabric is obviously guilty and elastic.
Satin: Use satin weave, silk surface smooth and shiny fabric.
Aya: A fabric with a twill weave or a variable twill weave, and the silk surface has obvious diagonal lines.
Yarn: A fabric made of yarn weave in whole or in part. It is formed by twisting the first and second warp threads every other weft.
Luo: All or part of the fabrics made by Luo are used. Twisted by one or more odd-numbered wefts of the first and second warp yarns, it is called Luo.
Fleece: All fabrics are made of fleece, and the silk surface is fluffy or looped fabric.
